Our Staff

Frank Madden stands out as one of the most successful and dedicated trainers of young and developing show jumping talent in the United States. Frank serves on several national committees, is on the Board of Directors for the Syracuse Invitational Sporthorse Tournament, and frequently donates his time and expertise by judging, giving clinics, and developing potential sponsors for the sport.

Jennifer Griffiths grew up competing successfully in all of the major equitation finals as a junior before turning professional at the age of 18. As well as competing in the Young Jumper divisions and bringing along young horses, Jennifer is an experienced hunter, jumper and equitation trainer. She has worked alongside Frank since 2004.

Tommy Brawley is the newest member of the FMSS team, joining us in July of 2010. Tommy began his career showing and competing for his family's show stable, Brawley Farms in Oregon, coming to the east coast 3 years ago. He brings a great deal of hunter, jumper and equitation experience with him and is a great asset to our team.

Jennifer Goddard is just starting out her professional career, and has been with our team since 2008. After a successful junior career, Jennifer has now turned her attention towards the Young Jumper and Grand Prix divisions. We are very excited to have her on our team.
